LDA Auctions Commercial and Residential Plots across Lahore

The Lahore Development Authority (LDA) recently held a massive auctions commercial and residential plots in various schemes across the provincial capital. The auction took place at the LDA Community Centre in New Garden Town, and was supervised by Additional DG (Housing), Syed Munawwar Bukhari.

A total of 15 plots were sold during LDA auctions commercial and residential plots, with six commercial and nine residential plots up for grabs. These plots were located in Mustafa Town, Tajpura, Johar Town, and Jubilee Town, and generated a total revenue of Rs. 257,999,000.

LDA Auctions Commercial and Residential Plots for Rs. 257 Million

Commercial Plots

The auction included six commercial plots, with the highest bids going to Plot No. 27-C Corner, Civic Center, Johar Town, which was sold for a whopping Rs. 7.5 crore. Plot No. 76 Civic Centre Jubilee Town was also sold for an impressive Rs. 6.5 crore.

Other commercial plots sold during the auction include:

Plot No. 204 (Corner), Block Ahmed Yar (Commercial), Mustafa Town, which sold for Rs. 91.5 lac
Plot No. 204-C Block Ahmed Yar Commercial, which sold for Rs. 79.7 lac
Plot No. 547, Block D, Tajpura (Commercial), which sold for Rs. 63.6 lac

Residential Plots

During the auction, nine residential plots were sold, with the highest bid going to Plot No. 56 (Corner) Block E Tajpura, which sold for over Rs. 1 crore. The following residential plots were also sold:

Plot No. 539 (Corner) Block B Jubilee Town, which sold for Rs. 1.36 crore
Plot No. 121 Block C Jubilee Town, which sold for Rs. 1.11 crore
Plot No. 424 Block D Jubilee Town, which sold for Rs. 92.9 lac
Plot No. 446 Block D Jubilee Town, which sold for Rs. 96.2 lac
Plot No. 233 Block E Jubilee Town, which sold for Rs. 93 lac
Plot No. 31 Block F Jubilee Town, which sold for Rs. 85.5 lac
Plot No. 724 Corner Block C Jubilee Town, which sold for Rs. 69.5 lac
Plot No. 548, Block D, Tajpura (Residential), which sold for Rs. 63.5 lac
Plot No. 53 Block E Tajpura (Residential), which sold for Rs. 90 lac

Auction Committee

The public auction was attended by a committee made up of various members, including the Additional Director General (Housing), Director Finance, Directors Housing, and other related officers. This committee oversaw the entire auction process, ensuring that it was conducted fairly and transparently.
